Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or paying for membership on Nextel Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these core operational terms, do not access or use the performance platform parameters.

2. Membership Rules

Nextel Connect membership requires a one-time ₦15,000 NGN payment safely processed through the Paystack gateway. It grants the registered user lifecycle platform access to the four system activity tracks — Task Hub, Watch & Earn, Click & Earn, and Streak Rewards.

Membership parameters are personal and strictly non-transferable. You may not share your routing login credentials, automate tracking metrics, or attempt to fraudulently manipulate activity rewards balance logs.

3. Rewards & Performance Activity

Rewards and metrics displayed on the dashboard tracking view are not guaranteed and may vary based entirely on individual effort, system participation, and brand advertiser campaign availability. Nextel Connect does not promise, represent, or warrant any specific fixed income or guaranteed financial return tracking.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You explicitly agree not to engage in the following system policy infractions:

• Utilize bots, automation scripts, emulation software, or background macros to artificially inflate activity tracking data or platform rewards;
• Create or maintain multiple account matrix configurations to exploit or abuse the tiered milestone reward system;
• Submit false proof verification files, fraudulent data matrices, or misleading profile information parameters;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the structural security configurations or system operation frameworks of the platform.

5. Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the complete operational right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate tracking accounts that violate these core Terms, with or without prior notice channels. Platform profiles terminated for policy cause completely forfeit all accumulated rewards, and their activation memberships are strictly non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers & Liabilities

The performance network is delivered completely on an "as is" and "as available" foundation without structural warranties of any description. To the maximum threshold permitted under regional Nigerian laws, Nextel Connect Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
